|Recommended: YesGood and Bad — The actual living situation here is great the rooms are clean well kept, paying is easy, the resident portal is easy to understand, etc. The people have also been mostly accommodating allowing me to move in early and respond almost immediately to all my emails. However, when touring begins they completely disregard you as they are unable to deny a tour which can be very frustrating. We had 3 tours in ONE day and I even complained that I had an online exam during the tour and they did nothing to help. So be wary of touring but otherwise, they are good.

Thank you for your review. I do understand the frustration you may have felt during our leasing process and we do try to rotate tours evenly in the same floorplans so we are not bothering our current residents more than necessary BUT when your apartment is the last apartment available in the floorplan, we have to show it until it is rented then we no longer show it. Since you did not renew your apartment we have to do the best we can at accommodating all tours that want to see the actual floorplans they want to see and your apartment floorplan was trending and popular. Your apartment was rented for the next year 2022-2023 as of November 5th which was 5 days into our touring season. If we were made aware you had an exam we always do our best to be quiet and most times can just show one bedroom and explain the other bedroom as to not bother you. Thank you for being our resident, we do appreciate you!
|Recommended: YesI think love it Spacious and clean — There is a lot of space and all of the furniture is in great shape The kitchen is on the smaller side but the rest of the space in the dinning room makes up for it. The area is quiet but still close enough to walk to class. The walls are very thick, I can't hear any of my neighbors ever

|Recommended: YesI could not have found better place to stay in the whole town — The apartment is amazing with all the comforts that a person could ask for. Even for a senior person like me that I lost the adaptability of a student long time back.
As soon as my contract gets renewed I will certainly try to stay here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Properties with Affordable Prices — Although the location is a bit far from campus, the rates for the apartment themselves are great The apartments look great and are a dream to live in, with space for whatever a college student could need.

|Recommended: YesIt is a good deal, but some units are dated. — It is a better deal than you will find in most of state college. My complaints are that I can hear the people above me at all times and the tile flooring is very old and stained. Otherwise, I am happy with my apartment.
